Who it’s for
Youth and adult sports, school boosters, and clubs that collect dues or merchandise orders from their members.

Youth sports
Uniform orders and registration fees, from one link instead of a stack of forms.

Booster clubs
Spirit wear, concession fundraisers, banquet tickets, and other drops you open and close.

Bowling clubs
League dues and tournament entries, collected without a group-text chase.

Fishing and hunting clubs
Annual dues, tournament entries, and club gear.
Collections should not run on screenshots and spreadsheets.
Most groups already have a way to collect. It just depends on whoever has the group thread, the envelope, or the spreadsheet this year.
Venmo/PayPal screenshots
Someone pays the wrong amount, and the treasurer rebuilds the night from a camera roll.
Paper forms
Sign-up sheets come back crumpled, half filled, or not at all. Someone still has to type them in.
Spreadsheets
Who paid, which size, and which team or group live in three files that disagree by the second week.
The chase
The same reminder, the same group thread, the same “did you see this?” until the deadline moves.
How it works
Three steps. One link. Email reminders for anyone who has not responded yet.
Build a drop
A paid collection for dues, a merch order, or a fee — or a question, such as a size or a headcount. Import the roster from one CSV so the names are already there.
Send one link
Parents and members open it on their phone. No app, no account, no password. They pick their name and pay or answer.
See who paid or answered
Automatic email reminders go to people who haven’t responded. Download a vendor-ready order CSV, including who didn’t order.
What organizers use it for
Drops are the unit of work: a paid collection, or a question. You see who responded. Everyone else gets a link.
Example of the member pay screen. Not a live organization.
Dues, orders, and answers
Registration fees, season dues, spirit wear, banquet tickets, tournament entries, and questions. Each one is a drop you open, share, and close.
Email reminders
Automatic email reminders go to people who haven’t responded. Reminders are email only.
Roster import
Bring the roster in from one CSV. On the public page, people see a first name and last initial — not a full list of last names.
Vendor-ready order CSVs
Download an order file your vendor can use, including who didn’t order.
Money to your Stripe account
Charges are created on your organization’s own Stripe account. League Aid does not hold the funds. Payouts follow that Stripe account.
A link, not an account
Parents and members pay or answer from a mobile page. No account and no app. Organizers sign in. Everyone else uses the link.
Pricing
Free for organizations. Really.
No setup fee, no monthly fee, no contract. Connect your Stripe and start collecting.
No setup fee
Create the organization, import a roster, and publish a link without paying to start.
No monthly fee
No subscription and no contract. Polls and other info-only drops do not need a paid plan.
Your Stripe account
Money from dues and orders goes into the organization’s own Stripe account.
Questions organizers ask
- Where does the money go?
- To your organization’s own Stripe account. League Aid uses Stripe Connect direct charges, so the organization is the merchant of record. We do not hold the funds.
- Do parents or members need an account?
- No. They open the link, pick their name, and pay or answer. There is no app and no password for them. Organizers are the ones who sign in.
- What does it cost the organization?
- Nothing. No setup fee, no monthly fee, and no subscription. Polls and other collections that do not take payment do not need Stripe connected.
- How do reminders work?
- Automatic reminders are email only. They go to people who have not responded yet.
- Is it secure?
- Each organization’s data is separated in the database with row-level security, so one group does not see another. Public pages show a first name and last initial. Card numbers are handled by Stripe. League Aid does not store them.
- How does Stripe fit in?
- During setup you can connect a Stripe account in the organization’s name. People then pay that account. You can skip connecting until you are ready to take money. Polls and other info-only drops do not need it. Payouts go to the bank account on that Stripe account, on Stripe’s schedule.
